Terms of Sale and Use

These terms are an agreement between you and PIXELHORIZONPLAY LTD ("we"), the maker of KeepBuds. By buying or using KeepBuds you agree to them.

Buying KeepBuds

Checkout is run by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Stripe charges your payment method, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Prices are shown before you pay.

Your license

A purchase gives you a personal license to use KeepBuds on up to 10 Macs that you own or use. You may not share your license with other people, resell it, or change the app to get around its license checks.

• Yearly renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in KeepBuds › Settings › Account › Manage Subscription. KeepBuds then keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for. If the price changes, we'll email you before your next renewal.
• Lifetime is a single payment. It covers KeepBuds and the updates we release for it, for as long as we offer KeepBuds.

Refunds

See our refund policy. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends its license, and KeepBuds turns off on the Macs that used it.

What KeepBuds needs

KeepBuds needs macOS 14 or later and Bluetooth. It works best with AirPods and Beats. Other Bluetooth headphones can be protected, but without battery or status details. KeepBuds relies on how macOS handles Bluetooth audio, and a future macOS update may change that. If it does, we'll try to update KeepBuds, but we can't promise it will always be possible.

No warranty

KeepBuds is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will be free of errors or work without interruption, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for KeepBuds in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Trademarks

AirPods, iPhone, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. KeepBuds is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple.

Ending the license

You can stop using KeepBuds at any time. We can end your license if you break these terms; we'll tell you by email first.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also email customers. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where PIXELHORIZONPLAY LTD is registered.
